"Don’t stand behind what they sell"

Bought two pairs of glasses, Over $600. The daytime glasses are delaminating the anti glare and it’s only a few months out of warranty. Not old enough to be doing this. They aren’t scratched and are kept in its case. Target optical basically said too bad for you so will lot going back and I suggest going to a regular stand alone store where they stand behind their product not in a big box store you don’t save money there either

I priced the exact same prescription glasses I wanted on several websites. Definitely avoid Lenscrafters - they are shady - I priced my glasses 3 times on their website and every time, I ended up with a different end price. I did the same with Target Optical - the price was always the same and Target Optical had the lowest price overall. I'm also a Target Red Card Holder and I received an additional 5% off. Glasses were delivered before the expected delivery date. Well made, well packaged

The online site is great!! You can add your insurance on it. But the customer service is terrible. So help you god if you have to call them. I pressed 1 to have my list in line to call back. Still haven’t called me back 3 hours later. They can’t help you over chat. Once they cancel an order, they can’t fix it so no point of asking for help. Overall terrible experience

Target Optical has thoroughly disappointed with both product quality and customer service. I received two pairs of defective Ray-Ban Meta glasses (poorly cut and loose lenses) and have spent countless hours trying to resolve this issue.

Key issues:
1. Two consecutive pairs of glasses arrived with defective lenses
2. Multiple 40-minute trips to the store, with staff unable to help despite customer service assuring me they could
3. Promised 30% refund never processed
4. Customer service email (TOSocialCSE at targetoptical.com) bounces back as undeliverable, leaving customers with no way to escalate issues
5. Store staff and online support give contradicting information about what can be fixed

I've been extremely patient through this process, but after wasted trips to the store, failed promises of refunds, and now discovering their published customer service email doesn't even work, I cannot recommend Target Optical to anyone considering prescription glasses, especially not the Ray-Ban Meta line.

Positive note: In-store staff were polite, even though they couldn't help.

Save yourself time and money - go elsewhere for your prescription glasses. The small savings aren't worth the headache of dealing with defective products and circular customer service.

Update: After over a month of trying to resolve this through proper channels, I've intend to escalate to consumer protection agencies.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Arrived early and sat there for over an hour. I was ignored by the office manager and was continually referred to as my love by someone I didn't even know. My name was listed on the paperwork and that is the professional way to address a customer. After an hour I went to the office manager who blamed the doctor for the delay, but again she is the one ultimately responsible for this incredibly horrible service. The entire staff should be fired immediately. There's no excuse for this inconvenience!!!!!
