I feel that Target Optical has an issue when it comes to placing orders it never allows the original order to go through and it takes at least 24-48hrs from them to check your order before they cancel. I also had an issue with my packages that I ordered through my insurance in May but I just found out that my order never arrived at the store. It’s not my favorite place to order eyewear, but I love Target stores in general.

I ordered contacts online and had the option to have the order shipped to my home or the store. There was an option to have the order sent to my home in 2 to 3 days. I had the order sent to the store thinking that would be a faster option. 3 days later, the website said that my order was complete and delivered. I called the store and they have no information about me even having an order sent to them. I called online support and they said that what it means by being delivered is that my contacts were delivered to the courier service. It's been 5 days now and I'm still waiting for my contacts to arrive at the store.
