"Fantastic beautiful frames bad lenses"

Target optical has some fantastic frames which I love and I actually got three frames from them for my glasses. unfortunately the arm broke off of one of the pair of glasses and they could never fix it so I got stuck with it without an arm. Also the optometrist is very inaccurate with her testing. I am wearing a size reading glasses which is a 5.0. That’s one of the highest reading glasses is besides a 6.0. when I got my glasses back the first time I wore them for a while and they were supposed to be progressive lenses they were super weak and I still couldn’t do very good reading out a book or do my fine work with my hands for crocheting or making products and sewing for my small clothing company. I almost put the needle on the sewing machine through my finger of not being able to see very good with these glasses. I needed them very badly to do my work. My insurance would not cover it so it cost me quite a few hundred dollars. In fact with these glasses it was several hundred dollars more than I could afford that I had to save! I came back in during their guarantee time and they retested my eyes and said they adjusted the lenses just a little bit. Still there was no difference as far as I could tell and the guarantee ran out before I could get back to them so I’m stuck with some nice frames but horrible lenses and cannot see out of them and I am wearing a 5.0 reading glasses to see anything. So I guess it depends on the target you go to for lenses or glasses. Because I have heard that some of them are absolutely fantastic this particular one was in Alameda county area and I don’t know if I should say the name of the particular one on here but I’m going to Trustpilot does not like it I can change it but it was Emeryville California target on 40th St. So this is a twofold review. Their frames were fantastic and I love them I’m going to have to go to another optometrist and get my eyes tested again and maybe they can put glasses in these frames. I would hate to waste all the money that I paid on these frames because they are good quality. But the testing is very inaccurate and I ended up with lenses I could not use at all and they’re sitting in a drawer until I can save up some more money just to get a test and get them put in the frames.

"Horrible Customer Service"

Horrible Customer Service, In Store and with Online Order - Glasses were delayed. Once I Finally recieved an email that my pickup order was ready, I was told It wasnt actually ready at the store.

"Ordered a set of glasses and my…"

Ordered a set of glasses and my optometrist got the prescription wrong. I immediately reached out the same day I received them to ask to return them for a refund. They said they’d email me a return label within 48 hours. Well it’s been over 3 days. No return label. My account says that the order has been “returned” but it has not. I’d really like to get my $350 back soon! I shouldn’t have to go through customer service to request a return label! I already had my prescription fixed and ordered another new set through lens crafters. Which seems to have a better process than target.

"Horrible Customer service at Target…"

Horrible Customer service at Target Optical Online. All I am asking for are two receipts emailed for my purchase. I was told their computer systems have been down for 5 days. Seriously the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's sad to see that the responses to negative feedback are answered with a canned response.
And, when I sent an email to the address in targets reply, this is the answer I received:

Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to TOSocialCSE@targetoptical .com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. Omg, Target optical online is SO INCOMPETENT!

"Pathethic online ordering process"

I am very confused by the way Target Optical online order are handled
There has been literally no communication once the order was placed, about its status/progress.
I placed an online order on 3/1 and it was supposed to be shipped to store by 3/4 ( which is faster than delivering to home)
I didnt hear anything by 3/4, so i chatted with online customer rep, and they said it will take 10+ days and that the wrong delivery estimate is a known issue, so i asked them to instead ship to my home and they confirmed that they did change that. However i still see the same status on orders page i.e ship to target redmond store.

Now today Order status says delivered, note i didnt get any email/sms about it, just logged in to see if there is any update and see "delivered". It didnt come to me, so i called the Target optical store in Redmond. they are first like dont talk to me, talk to online, after some back and forth, they agreed to check the orders received and then tell me that there's no shipment for my name!! Well atleast they did try to check.
So what exactly if my order, well i need to wait for Eastern time tomorrow to get some online customer rep!

"I placed my order and had to…"

I placed my order and had to confirm/submit my prescription twice. I was told about a week later, they were sitting in the mail room waiting to ship. I waited a few days to follow up as I did not receive tracking, to find out they are just now being made. I placed my order a month ago and have been getting a run around. my order now shows that it has delivered but per tracking, has not even been shipped.

"Customers can find better options look elsewhere"

 I have had to return three out of four prescription glasses because my eyes hurt after about five minutes of wearing them. But that doesn’t bother me as much as they have a horrible return system. I’m always having to call them up and say where’s my money and I get the excuse it’ll take up to 14 business days. That’s not good business. That’s just an excuse to hold onto the customers money perhaps customers need to go somewhere else.

"No tracking information on glasses…"

No tracking information on glasses ordered or email stating they were completed and shipped. When signed in online to check the status, it claims delivered but I haven't received them nor has UPS. No tracking information to verify if my 500 dollar glasses were indeed delivered. No email verification that my order was completed for me to be on the look out for them. Disappointed to say the least.
