I bought a new Humanscale Diffrient 'work from home' office chair, and found this company in Norwich after searching for the above item new online. Phone and email customer care was prompt and courteous and the order was fulfilled exactly per expectations and the timeframes I was given - what's not to love about that. This compares with a previous attempt to buy a different chair from a .co.uk website that turned out to be a vendor based in germany - the chair was not right on that occasion and the return turned into a bit of a nightmare. So thumbs up to this company, the chair is great.
