I received a band for the Victorinox watch that was too large for the lug size although it described it as the proper dimension. Sent comments with pictures and received no response. Buyer beware l guess as their customer service is non existent.

I ordered a watch and there was a small scratch on the watch. They apologized and I requested a full refund. I sent the watch back, but the package did not reach the address. Even though the watch package did not reach the address, they paid a full refund and sent a discount code. The customer service was extremely respectful, polite and helpful. Even though I had problems with the postal service, they were extremely patient and understanding. If you want to buy a watch, choose this company.

Shocking customer service! Ordered a watchstrap which was still not despatched to the courier 7 days after order. Website showed “out of stock” status change 7 days after order. Emailed them and was told that my complaint had been passed to the “Customer Support” section. What a joke! Refund via PayPal initiated, never buy from this company again.

Ordren nåede aldrig frem og der var ikke styr på refusion af det beløb, som der var købt for.

Efter at have ledt længe efter deres e-mail adresse fik jeg kontaktet kundeservice, da varen ikke var nået frem til "forventet leveringsdato". Her fik jeg oplyst, at jeg jo ikke havde valgt en vare med tracking, da jeg tjekkede ud, så der kunne gå op til 30 arbejdsdage fra ordren var bestilt til den nåede frem.

Ordren var bestilt og bekræftet 22. maj 2023 men kunne derfor potentielt tage til 12. juli 2023 om at nå frem. Det var ifølge webstedets handelsbetingelser, så det måtte jeg jo vente på.

12. juli var der stadig ikke sket levering. Jeg kontaktede kundeservice igen, og slog selv op på fragtfirmaets side, hvor der stod "pakkelabel printet", men ingen pakke indleveret til fragtfirmaet. Herefter bad jeg om at få beløbet, som var trukket hos mig inden udgangen af maj 2023, tilbagebetalt, da varen ikke var ankommet.

Jeg modtog herefter en returlabel med anmodning om at returnere det produkt, jeg aldrig havde modtaget, da jeg jo havde bedt om en tilbagebetaling af det betalte beløb.

Det endte med, at jeg måtte oprette en PayPal Dispute Resolution, hvor firmaet gav mig medhold i, at jeg skulle have en refusion, efter at de havde læst en lang mailtråd med, hvad der var foregået.
