I couldn't be happier with my experience here. The staff were wonderful, they went out of their way to ensure I got the watch I wanted, and were very helpful when the shipping was so long. I've already been back for another watch and will buy all my watches from them from now on.

Very pleased with customer service and my purchase. I found on HWG site available strap to replace my broken strap, but I wasn't sure if that will fit mine. I knew my watch model but wanted to know for 100% that strap length will fit my wrist, and customer service was brilliant. Chiara and Paula helped me to make sure that my purchase will be correct and explained me shipping costs to UK as I was not sure if there were an additional tax after Brexit. My experience is very good! Thank you.

"Moeilijk proces"
De bestelling verliep vlot, maar bij betaling met Bancontact wordt geen QR code getoond waardoor je op de oude manier je kaartgegeven moet intypen en valideren.
De levertermijn werd niet gerespecteerd doordat het pakje bij de transporteur blijven hangen is. Pas toen ik de bestelling wou annuleren omdat ik het niet meer vertrouwde ging de levering vlot verder.

I purchased a watch strap from WATCH.CO.UK that is part of this group. They are based in the Netherlands and NOT the UK which I only found out when I needed to return a faulty strap !! They advised me to return the strap by Royal Mail and if I provided them with a copy of the receipt then they would refund the £3.25 return postage fee. It has been three weeks and I have not received a refund of the return postage or for the faulty watch strap !! They no longer reply to any of my emails !! I am currently £29.25 out of pocket and trying to get my money back through PayPal !! The worst Customer Service ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Avoid and save yourself the hassle review"
I posted the below review under Watch.co.uk which is part of this group. Thought I would post it here also so people can be warned.
I ordered a watch strap from this company (Watch.co.uk). It was delivered the next day but unfortunately they sent me the wrong strap which did not fit my watch. The strap cost £135 for a Hamilton Ventura Elvis80 watch. It has an unusual way of fitting so any old strap will not do. The strap I asked for was black silicone rubber and the one they sent me was brown leather which would not even fit my watch. When I called to find out if I could get the correct strap they just told me that mistakes happen and they could not tell me if they could get the correct strap. I sent them pictures of what they sent me and what I actually wanted but this did not seem to help. For the price I paid I expect better service than this but they just don't seem to be bothered. I am now seeking a refund from this company. In hindsight I should have read some of the online reviews of this company (Watch.co.uk) as they seem to send out incorrect items quite regularly. I will not be using them again as it is just not worth the hassle. The customer service is truly awful as they just don't seem to care when they get things wrong. Please avoid!!!

"None delivery and no refund!"
Ordered a swatch strap and pin tool. Followed the on line tracking which showed the strap had gone all over the place, sent out on the wrong delivery schedule etc.
Unsurprisingly I never received it! Formally notified Squiggly and they seem unable or unwilling to either refund the cost or send a new strap out, leaving me out of pocket.
Others should beware and avoid this company -clearly not reliable or trustworthy, based upon my experience.

Squiggly is terrible i ordered a watch band two weeks ago and im still waiting. I emailed them and they said to give it an additional 20 business days before they will replace or refund my money. They are terrible i made a huge mistake ordering from them. Its 2018 NOTHING should take that long to ship!!!!! I will never buy anything from them again!!!

I never knew swatch made some fantastic automatic watches with ETA movements around 90s until I accidentally found one in ebay. Upon searching Internet found squiggly has a huge collection of all swatch watch models. I quickly ordered one and my first swatch automatic watch arrived in perfect condition within ten days to Canada . Squiggly should be your one stop shop for swatch watches
