My shopping experience with squiggly is THE WORST internet shopping experience by far. Product arrived damaged due to poor packaging and I was forced to pay to have the damaged goods returned (return shipping not refunded) AND the person who asked me to return the goods had the cheek to demand that the damaged goods are properly packaged for the return journey. Customer service was slow and indifferent. Only bought from them once. Will never buy from them again.

I ordered a couple of watch and 2 bands. One of the bands came broken-it looked like somebody was trying to shorten it, but didn't succeed. After I wrote the complaint to Squiggly the answer was to take it to my local jeweler to repair it))). I sent it back.To find the shipment in their company only took them 5 weeks. After many useless emails I got tired and send the whole order back with all my bank details.I had to write 3 more emails with my bank details since it seemed impossible for Squiggly to get the info the first time. After a week I only got half of the payment back with no explanation where the rest of the money is. It looks like after 3 months I am left with no watch neither my money. This is by far the worse shopping internet experience I have ever went thru. Never, never again do I want to have anything to do with Squiggly. Only hoping to get my money back..

4 jaar geleden gevraagd of dit horlogebandje nog beschikbaar was. Was niet beschikbaar maar ik kon wel op een wachtlijst komen en zodra het bandje weer beschikbaar was werd ik gemaild. Blij verrast was ik toen ik 2 weken geleden een mail kreeg dat dit bandje weer beschikbaar was. Direct besteld en 2 dagen later in huis. Ik ben zo blij dat mijn horloge weer compleet is. Niet meer op gerekend en zo onverwachts kwam dit op mijn pad! Wat een verassing!!

Sono 5 anni che acquisto da Squiggly (l'ultimo acquisto l'ho fatto proprio qualche giorno fa) e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Il sito è ben strutturato, foto e descrizioni sono esaustive, hanno tantissima scelta e ti avvisano quando ricevono della merce che si vorrebbe acquistare (grazie alla lista d'attesa) ma lì per lì non si trova. Riescono a reperire anche pezzi di vent'anni fa e per una collezionista di swatch come me è una cosa incredibile!
I tempi di consegna sono come riferito nel sito (4/5 giorni lavorativi) o più rapidi, ma ti danno anche la possibilità di scegliere consegne più veloci, che però non ho mai provato in quanto più costose.
La merce arriva perfetta, come da foto e descrizione. Consigliatissimo!
