"Perfect from beginning to end"

We had an Element 4 gas fire installed by James and Dan a few months ago - the photos look great, but it's even more impressive in real life! Super easy to use, really responsive and looks the part. Definitely a conversation starter!

Our whole experience with The Cheshire Stove & Fire Shop was excellent. The showroom was particularly helpful - we visited with an idea in mind of what we wanted, and it was great to be able to see it up close.

Martyn's communication throughout the ordering and installation process was brilliant. He kept us informed of the order status and we talked the detail through - even little things - which we really appreciated. The week of the installation, James and Dan worked tirelessly and kept us informed all the way through.

We've had a good few weeks of use out of it now that the temperature has dropped, and we're looking forward to a very cosy (and stylish!) few months.

Huge thanks to Martyn and the team for a great experience from beginning to end. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent service right from the outset. Sales process very straight forward, Install was actually completed ahead of the initial scheduled date and workmanship very good. Nick (at showroom/office) could not have been more helpful, very customer service focused. Communication excellent throughout the whole process. We like doing business with companies like this. Martyn was able to give us a swift survey and quote, breaking down all the costs and options. The installation was fast and efficient and to a very high standard.
