Great experience on installation in 2013 - terrible experience when enquiring regarding a SLIPPED CHIMNEY LINING - basicially dont want to know - told me it would be 2months to get to me and at a cost of £500 daily rate for installation - not having anything installed just need lining reinstated in correct position - very blocking and unhelpful in every respect especially as I am trying to sell my property - frankly use them for installation but find someone else for any further issues as they appear to not want to know about anything but installation and over charge for any follow up - shame as were a great service company in 2013 when I had a Clear view installed - seem to have got too much up themselves~and lost focus on the customer !
