Booked our up coming cruise and stay with Neil. He was fab! So down to earth and gave me lots of hints and tips (I thought I already knew lots about Florida but turns out not!). Definitely so knowledgeable and very patient with our large group changing their minds a lot! This is the second time I’ve booked with Ocean and I wouldn’t use anyone else now. The first time our departure was cancelled by virgin last minute due to a storm but Ocean sorted the whole thing out in a couple of hours!

The price is fab and the service is top notch!!!! Will definitely be booking with Neil again and telling everyone I know to do the same!
