"Terrible customer service …"

Booked with Ocean Florida through a 3rd party ( travel Agent ) got to the airport and my grandsons name was wrong on his ticket, they had missed the cross off the T.. refused boarding so had to buy a ticket so we could continue with our £12k holiday… they have admitted their fault but refuse to reimburse the £700 we had to pay out so we could fly… never again will I travel with this company

"Florida trip 2024"

Our holiday in 2021 to Florida was changed twice due to covid, but everything was sorted out and rebooked for 2024. All thanks to Sadie and Charlotte who booked our car hire and disney tickets on top of the holiday booking, We had a fantastic holiday and all thanks to Ocean Florida. Will definitely be using them again in future. Many thanks.

"It’s all going wrong! ‼️⚠️"

Use this company at your own risk!

We are currently dealing with a situation where the company cannot provide the holiday accommodation we originally booked. Their terms and conditions are deliberately vague and seem designed to serve their own interests rather than their customers. For example, Clause 7.4 of their T&Cs refers to a “minor” change, stating:

”…change of accommodation to another or higher standard within 30 minutes/30 miles of the original accommodation…”

However, we are being offered a lower standard of accommodation, which clearly does not meet this criterion. To make matters worse, none of the representatives we have spoken to so far have been helpful in resolving the issue.

I’m not asking for something extra or unreasonable—I just want the holiday we planned, nothing less. While unforeseen circumstances can arise, the company has a responsibility to ensure their customers still receive the holiday experience they paid for. Right now, they are falling far short of that expectation.

"I haven't yet travelled as my trip…"

I haven't yet travelled as my trip isn't to 2026 but I have found Darren to be really helpful, he always replies quickly to my questions and always sorts the changes I want making everything stress free for me. So far loving this company I will review again after my trip but so far would highly recommend Ocean Florida

"Absolutely fabulous experience with…"

Absolutely fabulous experience with Oceans Florida, nothing is too much for them and I’m a lady that worries and ask a lot of questions. Thank you all especially Sadie her customer service was very good. Do not hesitate and book with them.

I found this company extremely helpful, my holiday had to be moved multiple times due to covid and a house move and this was accommodated no problem,
We needed accessibility in the airport and at the parks and this was all sorted for us with an accessibility co ordinator before we travelled so I had peace of mind, we had quite a few added extras threw in with our package deal which was great, (kids dine free cards, unlimited dining at seaworld, free ride on the wheel at icon park)

"Florida for the first time ! Dreams come true x"

This was our first family holiday to Florida with my husband and our adult children .Our younger two turning 18 and 21 years of age.

Nikki Russell from Ocean Florida made this holiday the best it could be for me and my family .

We flew with Virgin Atlantic - very nice plane journey.

We stay at Windwood bay - beautiful villa with a pool ( pool could have done with a clean ) only downside .
We had lovely bonus from Ocean Florida:
Gataland
Out of control Magic comedy show
Millenia Mall vouchers

We visited Universal studios - ( the down side is Universal Studios didn't let the company know Volcano Bay was closed on certain days )

Disney world Magical Kingdom.
Vineland Outlets
Dollar tree and many more .

This was a dream come true for our family . Nikki was there at every step , helping me with any questions and dealing with any issue.

Honestly an asset to the company.

Next time we would look to be in a hotel closer to the parks .

Literally in Florida people do not walk anywhere - unless you are in a park / or outlet .....no pavements it's another world 🌎.

Don't forget travel insurance it's a must you never know . ( Especially Medical care ) One of my sons got sick , nothing serious the hospital service was amazing - nothing like the ( UK ) that's for sure . He got better . It was just unfortunate he got sick while out there. Things happen - so the insurance was a blessing . Amen .

We still all had an amazing time .

"Happy Orlando holidays, villa amazing.…"

We booked a holiday to Orlando through Ocean Florida and have been very happy with the service received.
We had to amend the date of travel and they were very helpful and made the whole process very simple. Communication was excellent and every member of staff we dealt with was helpful and made us feel very confident that we were in good hands.We eventually travelled out in early November to a villa in the West Haven area. Whilst we were away we had some issues with the villa electrics and then the pool pump packed up completely. Ocean Florida couldn’t have handled these issues better, the electrics were sorted within 24 hours but the pool pump was a different matter. It was going to take at least 5 days to get the pump replaced so we would have been without the pool for 10 days. Ocean Florida immediately offered to either move us or give compensation. We opted to move as the pool was an important part of the holiday for us but the following day we were contacted and the pool was promised to be back in action later that day, and it was. Throughout the whole
process the staff in resort were really proactive and tried to ensure that the inconvenience to us was met to a minimum and that we could still continue to enjoy our holiday as planned. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
