I ordered 5 wooden cabinets for my office. The picture clearly shows them with doors. When they arrived, no doors. The doors are extra. I called them and was told that the description states the doors can be purchased separately. It says glass doors can be purchased separatley. I told them it was very misleading to have it pictured with doors and not have under the image 'DOORS NOT INCLUDED". The customer service rep agreed and said, "thats the marketing team." So I ordered the doors for it. They offered to make things right by giving me a dsicount... 44 cents off an $800 order. Having already been burned by them once, when ordering the doors I asked if they came with hardware, they sales representative had the nerve to say, "well they are pictured with hardware, so, yeah..." The cabinets were PICTURED with DOORS!!!! I finally got everything, but it cost much more than I thought and their customer service is atrocious. Buyer beware!!!

My order was delayed about six times for a period of two months. When I asked for a refund, the customer service rep. said they don't give refunds. In essence, they steal your money. This is a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Very Poor Company Got Run Around For 2 weeks then told order shipped but lost in transit. This was not the case.

Horrible company. Never responds and constantly lie about shipping. Ordered a fridge and was told it would be delivered no later than DEC 7th. On DEC 9th they said I wouldn't receive the fridge until January 6th!!!!!
Spend the extra money buying from a trusted vendor.

"ZERO Customer Service"
I placed an order for an item that in their website said "In Stock" expecting shipment to occur that same day as their website claimed. I received a confirmation email that said expected delivery date was 30 days later. Since I needed the item immediately I cancelled the order on their website as provided for and ordered from another source which was able to deliver in 2 days. Global went ahead and shipped my order to me the next day, and it was received 5 days later. I returned the order with documentation asking for a full refund including the shipping costs since I cancelled the order the day before they shipped it. It has now been 30 days since I returned the order and I have received nothing.

"BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY"
I can't even rate these shelves because I never got them, even after THREE attempts. This company has been a nightmare to work with from the very beginning, including the promotional "get 5% off" email I received. No promo code to apply to your checkout, spoke to the customer service online and they assured me the 5% would be applied once I purchased. That didn't happen. Spoke with them again and they said they'd put it in as a refund. That didn't happen. Spoke to them again and they said "so you're claiming you were told you'd get a discount?" and made me forward the email to them to prove it. Still never got it. The original shipment never arrived. They said it was "lost with the carrier." The second shipment barely arrived. I literally got bits and pieces plastic wrapped to a pallet. Couldn't even put 1 unit together because of missing so many pieces. Called THREE MORE TIMES to get it resolved before finally demanding a refund. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

"Shipment not as advertised"
Shipment not as advertised. Said I was to have it on the 4th and didn't receive the shipment. Was told I needed to call and schedule the delivery date and time. Now I will not get my shipment until sometime next week. Will never do business with this company again.

Seems their customer service is in India so the right hand does not know what the left is doing. I sent them all the info and pics about the wrong items they sent me. Still have not received the right product. My fault maybe as I did not read the reviews first . If I had I would never of placed an order.
