"Update after escalating the issue was resolved"

My original post is below. I had part of my order delivered with the wrong item. It took quite a lot of back and forth, then I escalated the issue a few ways and they did then immediately get my items shipped (about 4 weeks after the issue started). The items I ordered aren’t found many places and I’m glad they rectified the issue and made me feel more comfortable ordering again.

Terrible Customer Service. I ordered some items a few times. On the latest order one box had the wrong items (plastic drawers instead of plastic lids). You would think this would be easy to resolve. Instead I’ve had to send photos, part numbers, and answer the same questions over and over for several weeks. Now they just won’t respond so I guess I’ll have to go through my credit card and report them to the BBB. Because they are clearly just the middle man, they can’t resolve anything timely and they don’t seem to care. I wish I had seen their BBB complaints prior to ordering. Apparently the threat of charge backs doesn’t bother them either. I just want the product I ordered and to send the product they delivered back. How hard is that?!

"Very poor service"

Very poor service. Would not allow product returned when it was ordered 3.5 months prior to the delivery. No notification of backorder. No emails were sent until the delivery occurred.

Global Industrial has become a drop-shipper!. You order a product and wait months for it to arrive from China (if you're lucky enough to get it)

"Unprofessional, unhelpful - waste of time and money"

This company is extremely unprofessional. I placed a $5000 order and only received a portion despite the fact I was told that everything was in stock at the time of my order. I had to call multiple times to get updates. After two months their emails stopped. It was 8 months after my order when I called for an update and found out my order had been cancelled. I called because I wanted to know what happened and if they couldn't produce the rest of my order, I wanted to return what I had already received. They refused. Who wants part of a set? I felt completely tricked. I wanted everything to match and spent a lot of money to achieve a certain aesthetic. They wouldn't even issue a partial refund for their inability to produce my order in 8 months. I will never order from them again and advise others to go elsewhere for their purchases.

"TERRIBLE SERVICE, NO HELP!!"

They are the worst customer service of anyone. We ordered $5000 worth of a product and they said it would be here the 23rd of October. The 23rd came and went. I contacted them several times and they basically said I needed to contact the trucking company. Low and behold the trucking company "LOST" the load. They looked for 2 days could not find it. Went back to Global and they said they had to give the trucking company 72 hours to look, fine. Then when I reached out about replacement after that time frame, they said they had to give the trucking company another 72 hours. Uh excuse me, who are you trying to impress, the customer or the trucking company? Global told me to take a refund or wait. So we cancelled the order and reordered. They have done everything possible to stall getting the new order out. When the new order was placed, the initially said "Oh we can have it there by Wednesday the 10th". As of Monday the 8th they have not sent us any notification if the shipment went out. When we asked about THAT, they passed us around like a cheese plate and the last person said they have "24 hours to respond to us". We really don't think the initial order even went out. It is a highly desired item that we were unable to find anywhere else. Suddenly THIS dog has 26 of them? Stay away from them! You have been warned by all of these reviews. I was out of the office the day they were ordered. I wish we had never gone to them.

"I had problems from the very start but"

I had problems from the very start but, A Global Manager named Ethel reached out and informed me she would make sure everything would run smoothly and she would put her best Modular Inplant Salesperson on it, So I ordered six (6) of the above offices and Global gave me an ETA of 10/13/21. I decided to check on the order on the 12th and was informed they had accidentally canceled my order. After speaking to The salesperson Karen Spates, I was assured it would be rectified. I get an e-mail the next day saying the best they could do was January of next year. I have chosen to stop doing business with Global. I even spoke with their customer service and the lady actually giggled at our problem.

"Items never came and did not receive refund"

I made a purchase and it took much longer than estimated. We could not wait any longer and had to cancel the order. Its been 5 months and Global Industrial has not returned the money. Call every week and never get the issue resolved. This has been a very bad experience and the purchase was over 5k.

"Global Industrial — dehumidifier for $750 18…"

I purchased a $750 dehumidifier for my basement. It operated well for 15 months. When it stopped working, i called customer support for suggestions on where to repair it. It was 3 months out of warranty — ‘check the internet.’ No-one carries the parts for the obscure Chinese manufacturer. So i have an expensive, non-operating unit i cant fix. I wont purchase from them again. They sell Chinese garbage and cant support their products.

"This company sucks"

This company sucks. The manufacturer sucks. Don't waste your time or money on them. Their return policy hurts customers. They will say that they can accept your return but will wait a month and a half to reach out to you to say they can't accept the product without original packaging. That is pathetic. We are out $400+ because we don't have the original box. The customer service reps are THE WORST. SO RUDE. One hung up on me. DO NOT WASTE your money!!! You will regret it!! This product was ok but was too big for the area we needed. It was never used and they still won't accept the product back. I would give them 0 stars if I could. We are even considering taking this company to court. The communication is nonexistent and they will just be mean to you because you want to return their product. Absolutely terrible experience.

"This company is disaster"

This company is disaster. Worst costumer service. They charge very expansive shipping rates and it never gets on time. will never buy anything from them. Build.com is so much better
