"Shipment not as advertised"
Shipment not as advertised. Said I was to have it on the 4th and didn't receive the shipment. Was told I needed to call and schedule the delivery date and time. Now I will not get my shipment until sometime next week. Will never do business with this company again.

"MY ISSUE IS WITH THE FREIGHT CARRIER"
Just about EVERYONE is having issues conducting business right now, with COVID and it's effects, but Customer Service is still alive and well at Global Industrial. I just spoke with Odessa in C.S. and she was as pleasant as she could be in helping me!!! My issues are not with Global, but rather with the freight company. I ended speaking with a supervisor, Jennifer, and she was just as helpful, accomodating and was able to take care of my issues right there on the spot. Remember: everyone is under a lot of stress these days - be pleasant to one another, as these ladies were with me, and you'll get more accomplished!!!

there customer service and warranty is absolutely the worst I have seen. they never reply or respond to your email or call, and when they do they keep repeating the same sentence no mater how you answer there questions. they will absolutely do anything to run you out of your warranty, then when you need a part no one will follows up with you, no one. I request/ordered a part 8 weeks ago and they just emailed me and asking if I need that part. I out source that part and fixed the pally jack 6 weeks ago. How could they expect their costumer run their business, why would they want to put their costumers in this kind of situation????????

I can’t get anyone to talk to me about a product I ordered by mistake that costs more to ship back than I paid for it. Been on the phone over an hour on hold already.

I ordered several items back in January, one item arrived broken. Contacted Global Industrial and received an email stating it would be replaced at no charge (which it should have). Fast forward to today (7 months) and many emails of ship dates that never came.an email saying to call that they a substitute. So, I do and was was told I would have to pay pay for the replacement since the replacement cost more. So I asked for a refund of the broken one. To be told probably not. Be careful of this company this is not the first encounter I've had with Global Industrial with extended delays in shipping even when there web sitse says there is plenty in stock. Their products are over priced for subpar products. Do your research there are better companies out there selling better products at the same prices.

Global Industrial had just what I needed a face shield and helmet. The picture showed both but I missed two things. 1. it can not be returned. 2, shield seperate. So when it arrived without a clear face shield I went to the online help. The operator located the shield and gave me the part number. When that arrived it was the wrong size. Another call and 15 minute hold they found the unpublished part. But it was no available. No refund for that either. It's like shopping a yard sale. Nothing is as it seems.

This company is a joke I called 3 times for a vac motor on the floor scrubber and was told I needed serial number so I called back.No sir the girl said just model number she said she can't find it in the computer.called a third time and they told me it was no longer made.I just got parts last month.

One star because there wasn’t a 0 star. I ordered 2 boxes of pain stoppers 10 months ago and was told it was on back order. After 3 months of waiting and not getting a response to emails I cancelled the order and had my debit card changed. I received the package today. June 24 2021. Never going to order anything from them again. Guaranteed!!!

"These people are practically scammers"
Placed an order at 4:30 AM on a Saturday, and cancelled it within 15 minutes when I realized I ordered the wrong thing. They of course then tried to play hard ball and didn't want to cancel the order, despite being cancelled within 15 minutes, and being placed in the middle of the night on a weekend when nobody was working. They claimed they couldn't cancel it because it was being prepared for shipment already. Then I get an automated email from them stating that what I ordered is actually out of stock and is going to be delayed by a month. So I guess they lied about my order already being prepared for shipment.
I messaged them again, and told them to cancel it since they didn't even have it in stock. I informed them if they still tried to send it, I would fight the charge. Well of course, when it came back in stock, they sent it anyways.
After threatening to go to the BB, they finally took it serious and apologized, and eventually offered to refund my money, although they did try to blame it on me by claiming I didn't cancel it until after it had been shipped. However, when I got the refund, they didn't even refund the whole amount. They kept about 1/3 of the original charge. Horrible company to work with.

Shipping is a disaster with this company. Their own systems originate emails and texts with specific delivery information that has no basis in reality. Items never arrive and when inquiries are made--different stories from different customer service reps. I won't be back and wish I had checked reviews before placing an order with this company.
