"Careless and dishonest?"

My fanbelt went and on going to a different garage who said my crankshaft pulley was damaged. Couldn't work out how until I said I had a new cambelt fitted by Mr Clutch in Southend. Suspicions that they had done the damage then and obviously not said anything. Previously mechanics had vastly overinflated all 4 tyres. They seem careless and don't trust them any more. Obviously I can't prove the crankshaft pulley and haven't told them as they would more than likely deny any knowledge. Expensive to sort out.

Such amazing service from the Portsmouth branch. Got towed here when my clutch went and they were able to take my car straight away and then fixed it for me quicker than originally expected, with great communication all the way. Ian is great, so friendly, happy and helpful and made sure I understood everything and happy to proceed. Aftercare has been fab as well, definitely recommend these guys.

Called in to the Acton (West London) branch at 8:30am, and spoke to Giovanni. I asked whether a clutch replacement would be possible to turn around within the day and he said he’d try his hardest for me as I needed the car to travel tomorrow. I dropped the car off by 9:15am, and by 1:30pm I got the call that the car was all ready! Super quick service, and lovely customer service. Thanks to Giovanni and the team for sorting my clutch out so quickly!
