"I had a clutch fitted"

I had a clutch fitted. The pressure plate broke into three bits. Mr clutch told me I would have to wait for 2 weeks before they could check what went wrong. I needed my car so went to another garage. I took the clutch back to Mr clutch as they wanted to see it. Service centre in hayes confirmed it was the clutch that was fitted. But now they saying it was not. Been waiting now for them to reimburse me. All they do is come out with lies. I am an elderly disabled pensioner and can't afford to pay for 2 clutches within a year. Would not recommend the even to repair a push bike

Just had my MOT done at Luton Mr clutch they were really helpful as a last minute appointment as usual the manager Dave was very kind and knowledgeable. They have always done any repairs to my car including services,power steering and replacing four coils springs, tyres and battery over the last 10 years at a reasonable cost.

"My car went in for a Full service and…"

My car went in for a Full service and came out with errors, things were damaged (they denied) they even used an unapproved diagnostics tool that wasn't owned by Mr Clutch on my car , worst mistake I made this year so far using this garage, never again

Also, as they were not skilled in my make of car, I found out on the day they were watching YourTube videos to try and understand how to reset the service clock

2 days after I complained to the customer services department, who just told me to raise the issue with National Conciliation Service, which I have now done

"Reading Branch - Amazing!"

I use the Reading branch alot for all my vehicle needs and they are fantastic. Ron is excellent, how he manages to do everything he does is beyond me but what a superstar. I use Mr Clutch Reading exclusively for MOT, Services, Repairs etc and the customer service each time is world class. I'm always kept in the loop, nothing is to big a job for them and always get friendly conversation when I pop in.
