Had a clutch and fly wheel fitted on my Audi 2 months ago. The day after my under tray came off as they hadn’t put the bolts and clips back on. Went back and the mechanic told me a bolt had come loose. It appears they have used cable ties as yesterday it all came loose again. So now I have to take time out of my day to drive back to get it sorted again. No doubt they will use cable ties again instead of replacing the original bolts and clips that were on there when I first went in with the car! Called customer service and they were not interested and all they could say was “well the rac and as use cable ties” well yeah because they need to get the car moving so a quick fix is ok for them! Absolute joke.

I took my car for a service. I don't know they did to it but the car is moving like a rocket!! Their communication was excellent and I will definitely use their services again

If you are a woman without car knowledge I would not recommend coming here. From the outset they attempted to sell me things for the car that did not need changing and tried to rip me off for work that needed completing which I had fixed elsewhere for over £150 cheaper. I felt pressurised, uncomfortable and overwhelmed by my experiences.

First of all I would like to give a massive thank you to Muneer from Mr Clutch in Crayford. He was so kind, courteous and very helpful in a time of panic.
My car broke down, miles away from home, near Bluewater on Saturday 16/11 and I was towed to Crayford's Mr Clutch where Muneer booked me in with an expectation that my car would be tended to the following Friday or Saturday.
They had a cancellation on the Tuesday, the 19th, and I got the call that my car was ready and the clutch and the MOT had been done on my car.
I could only get there for the Wednesday afternoon, but I had train issues to Crayford on the Wednesday due to vandalism on the tracks and I had to eventually take a taxi from Dartford to Crayford. Muneer told me he would wait for me after their closing time at 17:30 if I was running late.
I felt very overwhelmed with my car being so far away and not working and I thought it would take at least a week before I could get my car back, but in the end it was so quick.
Muneer kept me in the loop at all times and made me feel at ease. Thank you very much.
A well deserved 5 stars for Mr Clutch Crayford and especially Muneer.

"Not Repaired despite following up "

We have used the services for 3 times since last 6 months for MOT, Servicing and other issues.

We been asking to repair the rear window Wiper which is not working , Everytime MG Mitchell tells they are busy and he did charge me for change of wiper and never fixed and argues that 'he said so'last time they are busy and have to go to another electrical garage etc to get this fixed.

Very disappointed . They don't respect regular customer. Not going there ever again.

And got it done within 2days. Not an easy car to do a clutch replacement on!
Great attitude to me and couldn’t do enough to help.
