"Poor service all round "

So after my original rating of 2 stars and the issue with my Jaguar XF I was asked to contact CS and after long conversation with the agent last week I was told they would get back to me that day guess what no call back or email so I contacted them again and was told they get back to me again guess what nothing so I will leave you to draw your own conclusions around the overall service from this company
Also it’s worrying that the manager of the branch did not know what a actuator was

We recently had our Seat repaired at Mr. Clutch in Canterbury. The repairs required meant that they could only source the new parts from the dealer at great cost (£2900). Tyrone was able to advise and support us sourcing our own parts at much lower price and then fitted them promptly when we had everything we needed. He was patient and responsive at all times. Not only that but together with his colleagues managed to retrieve two golf balls from behind the glove compartment that our children had somewhere managed to get stuck in their years ago! Faultless service!

I recently had an excellent experience with Mr Clutch Autocentres in Basingstoke. From the moment I called, I received a quick response from the knowledgeable manager, who arranged a fast appointment for me. They provided an approximate time frame for taking out, refurbishing, and reinstalling my gearbox, along with fitting a new clutch and thermostat.

Living 15 miles away, I was pleased to find out I could leave my van in a secure location over the weekend. This convenience was a huge relief and showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The service provided by the manager was exceptional, and I appreciated the post-service guarantee for the clutch. Knowing that Mr Clutch is an RAC approved repairer and Trading Standards approved gave me extra peace of mind.

Overall, you get what you pay for with Mr Clutch Autocentres in Basingstoke: top-notch service and reliability. Highly recommended!

Mr.Clutch at Southend-on-Sea quoted less than half the average price to supply/fit a new exhaust back box for my Citroen Picasso. Only downside was a lead time of over a week as they were busy but booked in for today and contacted just after lunch to tell me it was ready for collection. No hard sell or pushing for extra work either.
Great service from Antonio & Mr,Clutch. Recommended.

Very good. A fault was identified in MOT, and it was fixed with half of the estimated cost. The engineer only replaced the broken part, not the whole.

The passing trade in Portswood Southampton must be phenomenal because they certainly cant be making a penny from telephone bookings given that they never ever ever answer the phone.

I always have an annual MOT at the Kingston branch and have been for years and the service has always been outstanding. Good price and lovely team. Rob who was on the desk is a great man, phones ringing and still managed to serve me and the phones. In my opinion a call centre to help the team more as the guy had so much to juggle. Hats off to Rob for what he does, great service. A pay rise I feel should be in order, for the amount of work he endures during the day (I was in the lobby and the phone rang so many times with him answering every single call), 100% recommend this place.

"Great service, half price aircon"

They had an aircon offer at half price, which was genuinely half the price of anyone else, so I booked in my car and my partner's car at Enfield branch. I sat there and waited through both. The branch manager was chatty, polite to everyone, and genuinely seems to enjoy his job.

I also can't fault the work, and very happy with the resulting cool air in my car again. I will rebook here in the future.
