Still waiting for a call back after 4 phone calls and 3 emails .Assume this is because I wish to have a refund .presents arrived after Christmas , due to Royal Mail strike so big their fault but very bad customer service . Will never buy from them again and neither will my two sons who liked their products.

"Ordered 2 t-shirts in August + revived them in December"
Ordered 2 t-shirts in August. Tried contacting them several times in the months following as I hadn’t received my order. Start of December I am asked to phone their manager to sort my order out???? Just given a random phone number and told that’s who I should speak to. I never did as by that point I had given up on ever receiving my order. A few days later I receive my order, finally, 4 months later. The t-shirts I did receive were thin and the print was awful quality, however I did only pay £10 for each tshirt so that was expected. I will never shop with this company again.

I hadn’t seen the reviews before ordering from this site, I stumbled across the products on an advert on Instagram and really liked the designs so placed an order.
Despite the other reviews, I personally received fantastic customer service from the Chaos team. Before shipping the contacted me to double check the sizing, good job as I’d chosen the wrong one so they helped me select the best sizing for my son and ended up sending him 2 packages (one with a little gift and the other with my order).
He wore one of his T-Shirts on Christmas Day and was very happy with it. Will be a returning customer for sure.

"Didn't receive my item that I ordered…"
Didn't receive my item that I ordered end of October time. I contacted them on numerous occasions and was told it would be with my and that they were having royal mail issues, then told it was printed but they would refund my delivery as an apology. Chased again and this time not even bothered to respond. Had to raise a case with Paypal for a refund. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like an isolated incident.
To further update just before Paypal closed the case in my favour they provided a false tracking number that didnt work. Nearly two months on and still cannot get a resolution - paypal now investigating

"Avoid this company."
Extremely poor service.
I ordered two hoodies on the 1st of November and upon ordering it was mentioned that it would take between 5 - 10 days for delivery, which hasn’t been the case at all.
Numerous emails, pathetic excuses/false promises and many weeks later I still haven’t received my order. I’ve become tired of waiting and have now resorted to raising a dispute with my bank to get my money back.
Please avoid wherever possible.

Absolutely appalling service. Order placed over 3 weeks ago. No despatch confirmation. Do not reply to emails. Pathetic excuse about Royal Mail delays I have requested a refund which has yet to materialize. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.
AVOID THIS BUNCH OF ROBBERS.

I was recommended by my sons girlfriend and seeing as it was his birthday so it was my first ever order , I was impressed with the price range and although they didn’t arrive on time I rang Jamie and he was very apologetic, most of his deliveries were behind due to Royal Mail striking
I can’t recommend this company enough for the excellent customer service and how friendly and sincere
Jamie even added a few extras for the delay

Previously ordered from their website & all was great. Recently have had a nightmare with both delivery, returns & communications.
T-shirts took over a month to arrive, and no emails were returned regarding the whereabouts of the order, despite sending 3 or 4.
Now they're here, the quality is abysmal & absolutely nothing like the tops ordered previously. They're not returning emails and no other way to contact, fed up and out of pocket for terrible quality clothing.

I placed an order at the end of August after a week of not receiving I spoke to the manager, they had problems with receiving their deliveries due to Royal Mail so he offered me replacement items so I didn’t have to wait. I received them the following day which was great and he put some extra bits in as an apology this is the 2nd time I’ve ordered for my sons, they love the clothing and quality is great. Will order again. Thank you.
