Well it would of been 5 stars, unfortunately my parcel was sent via what felt like a tortoise, however when I contacted the store to see where my parcel was, they were fantastic and dealt with the issue very promptly, and sent a rocket up the tortoises backside, soon after that I received my goods. Very please and will use again as long as they sack that tortoise.

They took my money on the 24th April. I waited and waited. I then emailed... no reply... I then rang. Spoke to someone who said (they needed to print more tops) no customer service. Still waiting for product 14 days later... I've ordered b4 but after this shocking show I won't be again. If it doesn't turn up by Friday I'll be ringing the bank

Ordered 2 t shirts and then a week and a half later I received only one. Nobody from customer service ever replies

"Missing item from order, ghosted by Customer Service"
Ordered 3 t-shirts back in February. 2 arrived on time as hoped, both very good quality.
3rd t-shirt was not included in the order, with a receipt acknowledging the missing item and with a hand-scribbled 'On It's Way' on the receipt.
It's now nearly 3 months from order date and I've had no reply. Their customer service email just sends automated responses and the mobile number on their site just rings to the voicemail of some guy named Jamie Wilson.
Really frustrating experience from a store which, when it gets it right, offers great value and products. Unfortunately, they don't seem to be able to avoid getting things wrong, or be able to deal with them when they do.

Ordered from this place and couple of times. No issues at all, everything has been great. Great products and had no bother with communications or delivery. I made a mistake in ordering and it was easily sorted by the staff. Would recommend
