"Avoid, zero communication. T-shirts run way small."

Ordered 3x Medium T-shirts. Took about a week to arrive (was expecting a couple of days max) Quality is low, but to be expected for £15. The worst thing is they are way too tight. I'm a medium 100% but I could barely get these on. Emailed politely asking about their returns policy. I'd have been happy with an exchange for a L or refund but no reply. Followed up 10 days later reiterating my request.... no reply. Its been 2 weeks. Annoyed i didn't pay with PayPal as next step is opening up a dispute.

Edit: they eventually replied, gave me the address to send the T-shirts back, which I did straight away. Paid for tracked return, courier confirmed the delivery and I'm still waiting for a refund over a year later. They haven't spoken to me since the email letting me know where to send the t-shirts back to.

So just to recap, took my money for the order, t-shirts were wayyy undersized, ingnored me for months, told me to send them back, then never refunded me or swapped them so I lost out on the money, the goods and money for the postage.

"Customer Service Shambles"

Ordered 3x t-shirts from their website. They arrived relatively quickly which was good. When opened package found that one of the tops was the wrong one and even if not was the wrong size.
Emailed them as per their website link, waited a week, nothing. Emailed them again, again another week and nothing. Did this for 4x total and eventually got a response, was told covid issue and short staffed and what could be done to put this issue right. Said I'd be happy with an exchange still if possible. Thst was over a week and a half ago, heard nothing back.
Order with caution.....

"stay away tbh"

ordered 2 t-shirts on 8th june 2022. didn’t arrive after 2 weeks so messaged them. said they were changing carriers for delivery so i was like okay. shirts arrived today 2nd july 2022 so almost a month. as for quality it’s pretty poor, the design although looks cool on the pics is just an iron on graphic which feels like it would come off if you picked the edges. also the pink tee i ordered looked pretty pastel on the site but in person looks more hot pink. i would say stay away tbh, you may as well order off ali express you might even get better quality at a cheaper price with the same delivery time.
