I would love to give a review on the mystery box that I ordered but unfortunately it’s a mystery where this item is right now. This is the slowest service I have ever ordered from lucky enough I’m not in a huge rush for my gear. Doubt I will order from you again due to delivery times and delays

Edit: upped to 4 stars, did receive a response in the end, chanced another order and this one was delivered very promptly.
Overall, vaguely reasonable experience with No Chaos. Purchased a mystery box for laughs, £100 = £300 according to the website. Going through and totting things up I definitely got value for money (£100 = £200~, no complaints here) but the service left a bit to be desired. No contact for 2 weeks after purchase, I sent an email and coincidentally the box was delivered a few days later, no response to email though. Decent haul in the box, a lot of own brand stuff but a decent proportion of other stuff too, own brand items look decent quality and nicked a couple rad other brand items that I'm happy with. I'd buy from these again but they definitely need to sort their customer service out as per other reviews.

"Nothing's been delivered, and no reply to email....."
Hard to score more that 1 star as I've not received my order, it's been over 3 weeks. I sent an email and received no reply, other than the automated one saying they'd follow up within 3 - 5 working days. The next email I got asked TP review, which is how we've got here.
I understand delays happen, and have shopped online enough to be pretty relaxed when things don't run smoothly. But to not respond to a customer after a delivery hasn't arrived is just very poor form.

"Disappointing"
I ordered three shirts and a baseball cap. The cap never arrived. The three shirts did arrive and were really poor quality screen printing, however they were super cheap in a buy 2 get one free offer. So I would have let that slide. I just haven't received the cap.
I have sent two emails to try and rectify what has happened to the cap, but I have had no reply.
I have never written a negative review and even though the customer service has been truly poor, I still feel bad. Hopefully my experience is a one off and others have been happy with No Chaos.
If my cap is sent of course I would be more than happy to remove this review. Truly disappointed with the entire experience.

My board was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I rang the shop on two occasions to ask questions about my item and found the guy I spoke to really friendly and helpful. I will definitely be buying from them again (🤫 please don't tell my wife) and I'm very happy to recommend them to others.
