Excellent service. I found it helpful to speak to an advisor when setting up payment plan. They remind you to account for things such as Xmas & birthday presents not just your every month bills. Let me miss a payment when I was struggling at Xmas time. Would recommend. Stop time worrying act now.

It was an extremely stressful time for me admitting defeat and obtaining a debt management plan. At times I just wish someone was assigned to the case to pick up the phone and just update me. The many letters from various lenders chasing me when I thought everything was in hand made me feel extremely ill and vulnerable. I’m pleased it all seems to be in place now but there were a lot of concerns that I had that I think could have been managed more effectively by a more personalised approach.
