Wij hebben eentreintje besteld voor onze kleinzoon op vrijdag 21 oktober het zou 2 tot 3 dagen duren maar ik heb een mail gestuurd hoe het met de betaling ging,werd daarover gebeld lego.com had het druk en 2 dagen vetraging dus qi vroegen of het zaterdag binnen was kon ze ons niet garanderen we konden het niet meer annuleren wel retour sturen wat heeft mevr van de klantenservice gedaan het treintje opgestuurd via expres treintje is 19,95 express kosten 28.95 nou daar hebben wij niet omgevraagd en ik vindt het raar dat dat zomaar gedaan wordt maar wij accepteren dat echt niet je moet elke bestelling kunnen annuleren maar bij lego.com niet ik hoop dat de communicatie wat beter verloopt want wij worden hier niet vrolijk van

"Jeg er ikke sur, jeg er skuffet."
Jeg er ikke sur, jeg er skuffet. Min sidste bestilling kom som 4 individuelle pakker, og min forrige bestilling kom som 3 pakker. Det er ret tankevækkende miljømæssigt at I ikke går lidt mere op i at minimere transportudledninger ved evt. at kombinere sættene mere. Eksempelvis fik jeg en lille VIP-polybag sendt fra Belgien. Den kunne da sagtens være på lager ved jeres andre afsendelseslagre? Jeg synes LEGO burde være længere fremme på den grønne afdeling, især når I bærer et større ansvar end andre virksomheder (plastik fantastic). Jeg ville ønske jeg kunne købe LEGO i en fysisk butik, men pick-a-brick er ikke nemt at finde i Nordjylland.

"Dreadful delivery service, refunds even worse"
Order placed 13/9. DPD (how is that company even still in business??) notified me of delivery on 20th. I noticed a van sitting outside my home a few days earlier on 17th but no one got out of the van. I then receive an email saying "sorry we missed you! Instructing me to collect the parcel 11 miles away in a rural garage. No contact number no email no way to contact DPD, just go collect my parcel myself. I contacted Lego who said they would have it returned to their warehouse and refund me within a few days. Seven weeks later, I the item was returned to Lego warehouse but I have just been told it takes 15 working days (3 weeks) to "process" the return and a further 5 to make the refund. Eight weeks in total to get a refund for an item that was never delivered. It wouldn't have taken 20 days in 1973 for goodness sake so to justify this amount of time, a total of 24 working days from the date they received it back in their warehouse is outrageous. But they do it because they can get away with it. Again.

"Above and beyond customer service"
Today a customer service person made my 12 year old sons day. Our naughty kitty chewed the wires on a motor for his big project and he was devastated. He called customer service himself and got help from a wonderful gentleman named David. He was able to send replacement parts to my son, FREE! I would have paid for the part but that extra kindness has my family “Lego for Life” customers. Thanks you from the bottom of our hearts.

"Winn the pooh"
Winn The Pooh is the first Lego kit I ever tried. It was challenging at first until my wife suggested sorting the bags of pieces by color.
The instructions were very good and it took my wife and I about three days of our spare time to finish it.

"Pleasantly surprised"
LEGO.com has a pretty low rating, but the Mindstorm kit was no longer in stock anywhere else, so I gave it a try and in the end I don't regret it:
- the kit was in stock and at a better price than in other stores
- fast delivery (ordered on Saturday and delivered on Wednesday)
- we got 2 very nice smaller LEGO sets as a bonus

29 september een bestelling gedaan die op voorraad was. Kan ook niet anders, anders kun je het niet in het winkelmandje doen. 30 september betaald. Waarom kun je niet meteen via i-Deal betalen? En ja hoor 4 oktober mail, oeps het artikel is niet op voorraad. HOE DAN? Hoe kon het dan in mijn winkelmandje? En dan dat OEPS in de mail😡. Nabestelling. Zet dat er dan bij als iemand besteld!
Dit was de 2e keer maar ook de laatste keer want ik bestel nooit meer iets bij Lego●
Account ook gelijk verwijderd want dat werkt ook niet, artikelen die ik allang had ontvangen (vorig jaar) stonden ook op, in behandeling.
Oja, mijn bestelling is 11 oktober bezorgd. 12 dagen later!!!!!

Misschien had ik het nog beter kunnen ophalen in Legoland, Denemarken.

"Venter stadig på min levering...."
Venter stadig på min levering....nu efter 6 dage.
Skulle have været en fødselsdagsgave, men Lego kan åbenbart ikke levere ligeså hurtigt som andre web-shop, der kan levere inden for 24 timer.
Super ærgeligt - speciedlt fordi jeg bestilte gaven i rigtig god tid for at være sikker på at modtage den i tide

"Company policies go against their own…"
Company policies go against their own ToS.
Got my order shipped for free, but by the worst post carrier who did not deliver at all. In the end, it seems like I have wasted a few hours just to find out I will get nothing cause they "do not ship through third-parties".
The support is meh, very slow and unhelpful, the chat bot isn't smart, as it keeps asking the same things, and if you, god forbid, close the chat, you have to provide the same info yet again and start all over.
Literally disappointed with my first, and I bet, the last order.

"Bodenlos unverschämt"
Trotz "Keine Reklame" Aufkleber auf meinem Briefkasten, erhalte ich teiladressierte Werbung von LEGO. Eine Firma, die mit Plastikmüll Geld verdient und nun ihren Papiermüll in meinem Haushalt einlagert. Diese Art von Produkten und Werbung gehört verboten!
