"absolutely no ownership of the problem they created!"

Very disappointing experience with the service team at this dealership.
After a software update by the dealership the electronics on the car have been very problematic and I again booked the car in for further attention, a 60-mile round trip and the second time i have had to do this.
When I arrived for my 9:30 appointment the car park was carnage with cars double and triple parked and more cars arriving. i finally parked, after complaining, and spoke to a very patronising service representative who claimed they had no record of my booking and then said, "oh did you book it through the call centre, that probably explains it", as though it was my fault there was a problem for using the facility they provide. He then said because i hadn't booked it in (although I had) they would need the car all day and would try and fit it in, as they were very busy!
At the time of booking i explained i had to wait with the car for the repair, so required a fixed time slot service appointment as i couldn't wait around all day. Consequently, I've had to leave with the fault they caused still unfixed.
Strangely, and for the record, they consider the call centre they use to handle their appointments incompetent, and you the customer are responsible for their booking problems for using it!

Avoid this place, the customer service is appalling!!!

"Perfect! In every way....."

Wow. What can I say, I am delighted in the experience and customer service received from Falmouth Ocean BMW. I was extremely lucky to deal with Danielle Addy at Falmouth, after making an enquiry on the new BMW 3 Series Danielle was on it and kept me constantly updated. To put this into context, I have used many dealerships as I change my vehicle multiple times per year; but no dealership has ever been this good! Even before I committed to buying the vehicle, Danielle explained she was extremely busy on certain days yet managed to squeeze me in answering all questions and providing all required documentation. Its basically what almost every business struggles with now, basic customer service. Well, Falmouth have nailed it with Danielle and I could not have asked for better! From my initial enquiry through to collection the service was superb! I hope the dealership appreciates what they have. I am also confident this flows throughout the dealership as upon collection each team member played a role in creating a nice environment and great atmosphere. I would not hesitate to use this dealership, especially Danielle, over and over again! Well done!

"Booked our bmw x1 in for it's service…"

Booked our bmw x1 in for it's service over the phone at Ocean Falmouth. Today we took the car down and found that there was no courtesy car that we'd asked for. Hubby was waiting half an hour for someone to see him and yet I was outside with our dog waiting for my hubby to come back out and was asked twice if I needed help in any of the cars I was stood by. Quick to sell us a car but useless in serving already bmw owners. I would never buy a BMW ever again. Nor have their service,but we have to have BMW servicing because our cars new 'Full Service'. Not happy, no excuse atoll for poor customer service!

"I had my car serviced and a piece…"

I had my car serviced and a piece repaired at Ocean Plymouth branch last week. They were very busy but the young man dealing with it was so helpful, I was given an excellent car for the day, the company kept me informed all the time and generally made a real chore into a pleasant experience.

"My first motorbike!!"

Having just bought my first ever motorbike (a BMW F750GS) I would like to recommend all at Ocean BMW Torbay (and especially Paul Yearsley) for their exemplary service and attentiveness. Nothing was too much trouble, no questions left unanswered and everything was done professionally and in a friendly manner. Unlike some dealerships, there was never any pressure to buy, just an understanding of the type of motorbike I was looking for.

"OCEAN TORBAY"

OCEAN TORBAY - after service not up to standard
Book my car for MOT and brake service on the phone 2 weeks ago no issue there, then today had call from BMW asking me to bring my vehicle in 30 mins earlier so that they can take it Torquay for its MOT (cheek using my fuel for there benefit) so that was cancelled, continued to Ocean BMW for the brake fluid change this was planned for 90 mins no issue their planned to wait at Ocean....2hrs 10 mins later ( with no update on progress) they brought car round then to top it all they tried to over charged me for the privilege. Ocean you need to improve your customer experience and communicate to your customers

"I take all 3 of my vehicles here for…"

I take all 3 of my vehicles here for servicing, tyres, maintenance etc.

The staff at the service department are all great. Special mention to Phil, Mitchell, Richard, Sophie, and Toby.

The parts department are really knowledgeable and pleasant and always give great advice.

The pleasant and elegant lady on reception is always accommodating and has a lovely manner and always greets with a smile.

I have spoke to the new and used car sales team several times and they are great too.

Overall, my experience is great. This is why I will continue to buy BMW’s as the service I get is the best I have ever had.

Keep up the good work Plymouth ocean.
