"Excellent service"

We contacted Ideal Response yesterday to have someone come to clean and decontaminate our toilet area at work after a leak. Istvan and Damien came first thing this morning. They have done an excellent job, very polite and efficient. We are now able to use our clean, fresh smelling toilet again!

"Oil clean up"

Had two guys on site last Friday to clean up a hydraulic oil spill. Both guys were very versed in what they had to do and made a very good job. They communicated well answering all my questions. The two guys were Istvan and Jon.

Our elderly neighbour had a flood when her pipe burst, it then became evident that her place had not been cleaned in a while, and was in a terrible state. There was mold, water, rust, pests and hoarding issues.
Given the condition of the flat, no plumber would take the job until it was made sanitary.
The Ideal Response team, and namely Kashah, Dave and Kieran were fantastic! From the first moment I contacted them, they were helpful and accommodating.
Everyone was extremely polite and friendly to my neighbour, so much so, that she agreed to have them come back a few more times to further clean and clear the flat.
I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We called Kashah on a Sunday evening and she was so helpful and friendly, before 0800 on Monday she had sent over paperwork and got us an appointment before lunchtime.

Then Dave and Luke came to see us, and they were knowledgeable, approachable and got the job done efficiently.

Praise to all 3 of these staff - they were all brilliant and a real asset to your team.

Due to a recent flood In my home at number 23 ideal response got called to do the clean up of the mess and damage the flood water had caused .
We had two lovely guys called Ben and kieron who I must say we're amazing.
Already devasted by what had happened to my home they made the process of cleaning up easier they we're professional and very sympathetic to our loss and extremely helpful in assisting us with further help and answering our questions

Amazing visit by Mihaly and Damian (Ideal Response) today has transformed my house. There was a lot of mould all over the house, but Mihaly and Damian have performed a miracle leaving the house literally spotless. "My hoarding nightmare & release"

Lockdown affected me in many ways, and during both I was stuck at home looking after my elderly and infirm father. The psychological impact - amongst other things - was that I became a secret hoarder. After a long and protracted illness Dad passed away in March this year. Grieving was hard, and the pressure I felt to get my home sorted out was immense. I felt shame and disgust at how bad things had become and other than my therapist, there was no one else I could talk to. I came across Ideal Response after a Google search, and I am so glad I did. From the moment Kate replied to my enquiry to the three days it took Andrea, Laura and Dave to do the work that same week, I can honestly say that enquiry was one of the best decisions of my life. My biggest fear was being judged but there was none of that. Instead there was nothing but professionalism, understanding and practical advice throughout. I cannot thank the team enough for helping me get my life back on track - a huge weight has been lifted and I can now move forward.
