We had a fire in the kitchen that caused a great deal of damage throughout the house. The response team came to assess the damage and were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and what could be saved. I felt my family and my home were in very good hands. The clean up was achieved in record time and I was very pleased with the result. I could recognise my home again. I would recommend the response team especially the one managed by Yacine to anyone who has suffered a fire or flood to their home. The care and expertise is definitely worth more than five stars.

Jake and Ems came to our home yesterday, 2/11/21, to clear a hazardous mercury leak from a smashed thermometer on an old wall barometer. They were polite and extremely thorough and kept us informed a each stage of the hazard cleaning process. We now await the certificate to show that the mercury problem is 100% clear. Highly recommended. P.S. I even received a really nice "thank you" from the Credit Control Department following my speedy payment of their Invoice. How often does that happen?!

IRG we not only extremely helpful but they were fast and efficient. They did everything I requested and left my flat ready for restoration after a severe flood from the flat above. Their services aren’t particularly cheap but you get what you pay for.

"Ideal has to be the worst restoration…"

Ideal has to be the worst restoration company that I have ever had the disgrace to use. 12 months ago I had suffered flooding in my apartment (6 inches of water) in Maidstone and while the work has still not been undergone, I have been staying in hotels, some of which were disgustingly grim. This accommodation was provided for me but was completely unsatisfactory. I also have a 10 month old puppy, Boris, which I had to put into a Kennel because none of the accommodation allowed for pets. The whole ordeal has been an absolute nightmare and Ideal did absolutely nothing to help the process. Do not use this company, they are unreliable, unsatisfactory and just plain awful. ITS BEEN NEARLY A YEAR AND MY FLAT IS NOT FINISHED.

"Triumph out of disaster."

Following a disaster with a 1st floor toilet overflowing uncontrollably resulting in the ceiling falling in in the room below etc. After much Googling I called IRG at 09.57 and by 16.30 a fantastic pair - Ben and Alexander were hard at removing all the fallen plaster, followed by the contents of the room, then insulation, carpet and underlay. After sanitizing the room, they moved everything back, all by about 20.30. They said they would have stayed until whenever the job was finished. The room is now ready for a plasterer, decorator, carpet-layer etc. It may not be cheap but what a service! It was like a dream. We are extremely happy. We can now re-vitalize that room. It has made a triumph out of a disaster.
