Called another but they couldn’t come to look for 2 days!! Sewerage in back garden so was a health hazard. Called Ideal Response, spoke to Kash, (she has great customer service) gave a price etc & sent a team out within 2 hours that day. Team were very good & thorough (tenant said)

Fantastic service. Having panicked after a mercury leak from an antique barometer which fell from the wall and smashed, I spoke to the extremely kind, helpful and efficient Kashar. She was really excellent. Ben and Ollie who came to clear up the leak were similarly impressive. They were very kind, reassuring and efficient and did a really brilliant job. We suffered an extensive amount of graffiti overnight. After viewing reviews by others, I contacted Ideal response. After speaking to the extremely helpful Tahlia and after agreeing a cost, a team was sent out to remove the offending Graffiti.
Ben and Ollie did a fantastic job, to a point where there is absolutely no sign of the graffiti having been there.

"Unerderfloor Burst Water Pipe Causing Wetnes and Damp through-out the House"

I live in a bungalow and quite recently, I suffered a burst (hot water) pipe underneath the tiled concrete floor in my home. As you can imagine, the water spread all along the flooring; up the walls and into other parts of my home, causing wetness and dampness throughout.

Having excavated the walls and floors of the affected areas, I’m delighted with the fantastic and speedy service that Yacine (on behalf of Ideal Response) was able to provide. In double quick time, they were able to ensure that all areas of the house were “dried out” using industrial dehumidifiers.

From the onset, it was clear to see that Yacine was very knowledgeable with the science behind moisture and dampness and had the appropriate machinery and equipment to measure and control its existence.

More-over, Yacine has a very professional work ethic and was very respectful towards my home. He was also very customer friendly and constantly kept me informed (in simple laymen’s language) of the ongoing steps and procedures he and his team were taking to resolve the issue. I thought the job was going to take much longer but after two short weeks (largely due to Yacine’s expertise), the “drying out” process was complete and the humidity levels were back to normal in all affected areas of the house.
