Ideal response was one of the company’s that dealt with a water leak insurance claim on one of my property’s .
I only wish that all the company’s involved were like ideal response Murat and crew were great and always kept me informed of what was going on and done a great job they even went above and beyond to help push the insurance company to get things done thanks again Murat .

I have nothing but praise for Murat and Yacine at Ideal Response. They were so helpful and friendly, but also very professional. I felt I could trust them completely to visit and work in the property unsupervised and they gave me regular updates not only by phone, but also via email and whatsapp, which is exactly what you want in this digital age. They were also incredibly knowledgeable in their profession and had a vast array of excellent equipment. They genuinely couldn't have been more customer focused and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This is by nature of a pre review. Like others here I have been highly impressed by Kashar who within just a few hours organised a team to clean and decontaminate my London office. Bearing in mind that this company was in high demand I was astonished at the high quality of the response. I was promised a team at the end of the day and along came Ovid and colleague. They proudly showed me the vast array of equipment they intended to use. I am now awaiting with anticipation the result.
I sense that Ideal Response group has a very experienced and motivating management team. So far so good but my experience to date has impressed me. Finding your office in the state I found mine is very dispiriting and having the support of people like Kashar and team lifts the very flood dampened spirits!

I called Ideal Response after a mercury leak from a broken barometer. Kash handled my call. She was extremely helpful and it was quick and easy to book a visit from the clean up team. The team arrived just a couple of hours after making the call. Josh and Emma explained clearly what needed to be done and did a super thorough and professional job. I would highly recommend this service.

Arrived bang on time and gave a full days work as promised. The clean was more better and more thorough than i thought it would be. It was amazing and absolutely everything was cleaned to a very high standard.

We work closely with the various Highways authorities throughout England. We had an unpleasant call on Friday 4th June 2021 at Guildford and when call Ideal Response was an efficient response from Ram (Rameez) who detailed two operatives Josh and Mihaly who were a all a credit to Ideal Response.

From the first call and speaking to Ram to finally paying the bill it was a tremendous journey of which i will make again when we meet up. An excellent outcome of customer service, timely quote, efficient team on the ground and all with a sile and good humour throughout.

Would recommend them to anyone looking for that little extra with customer service.

"Broken mercury thermometer"

Having broken a mercury thermometer late at night, I followed NHS 111 direction and also that of the local council’s Environmental Health service. Both recommended the use of a professional services company to conduct a clean up and assessment.

We found Ideal Response Group to be excellent. Kash answered our call and immediately provided reassurance, excellent advice and guidance, as well as offering the potential to sort our problem out. The process was smooth and simple; Kash maintained constant contact.

Within the day (same day) Joshua and Emma arrived and were professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable throughout. They immediately put us at ease and explained exactly what they would be doing, before getting on with the job at hand.
