This is the company at you should Choose if you want the job done properly. Professional, courteous and reliable which is hard to find in this day and age. Kash and Jake really went beyond and above call call of duty to resolve the problem.Without a shadow of a doubt the best professionals I’ve dealt with in awhile, and that’s saying a lot considering I am a tradesmen and deal with companies every day 365. You can’t go wrong with these guys.

I made contact with Ideal Response to help with an urgent cleaning matter and am really impressed with the service. Kashah was friendly and helpful and was able to arrange for a team to be on site in record timing. Kashah kept me updated each step of the way and was great with response times to emails. An unpleasant situation made a lot easier for which I am really grateful, I will not hesitate to use Ideal Response again in the future.

Ashamedly, Ideal Response were not my first call - but they should have been.
I wasted an hour on the phone to slow, unhelpful, uninformed companies and then thankfully had Kashah answer my call to Ideal Response.

Kashah was unlike any other representative I'd come across. Incredibly helpful, incredibly quick and within minutes, I had a reasonable quote and a team dispatched to the urgent clean up operation.

I can't rate my experience with Ideal Response highly enough - Kashah was one of the most professional and responsive representatives I've dealt with in a long time, the clean up was swift and to a very high standard and all the accounting paperwork was delivered immediately without any encouragement from me.

"IRG refund money"

I paid for a survey some time ago and then cancelled it. I am posting this on 19th October, but originally told I would not get a refund until December.

IRG have said they will bring this forward, I will post an update when the refund comes through. After chasing on this site I got a partial refund today 21st October. I paid for the survey in advance for £354, and got back £247.80. I have not got the time to work out how this cancellation fee at 2 days notice compares with Rentokil and other firms but I will look into next time. So really don't know how to compare with other larger firms, but having to chase for a refund does not put IRG at the top of my list.
