"Taken a long time to sort out"

It's taken a very long time to sort out my problem and it's still not sorted. I'm going to give Ideal another chance to sort it out and then update this review.

There was a good response to a small domestic mercury spill. It was mainly to provide peace of mind that a self clean up was successful, and that was provided using appropriate expertise.
I had to chase up the report but this seemed because they were busy prioritising quick remedial services.

Excellence service from Kash and her Tech team Monty, pulled all the stops out and for future works wouldn't go anywhere else.

"Decontamination of one of our care homes"

I required an emergency cleaning of our care home in Brookside. I spoke to a gent called Rameez who helped us through the entire process. The team were on site the next day completed the decontamination without a single problem.

I had a certificate for clearance the next day. I have passed your company details to our area manager and cannot praise your company enough.

"Fire rescue."

Well, I don’t think there is a rating high enough for the people or the service.
After the fire, I was devastated, but from the moment Kayleigh picked up the phone I felt I was in safe hands.
Very quickly Tom and Dina had arrived, and just like Mary poppins, had the salon looking (nearly) good as new. They were both friendly, personable and professional. The smell was dealt with the next day by the Bio sweep by Monty.. also a great guy and service.

I genuinely can’t express my gratitude enough.

I cannot recommend this company enough, especially Kash. I work for a local authority and called this company after being let down by another. I sent over pictures of the property and had a quote 10 minutes later. We agreed on a price and the invoice was sent over immediately, not long after the cleaner were dispatched for the job and everything was done on the day. They were so professional, non judgemental and sympathetic to the situation. Really cannot recommend enough. Thank you
