this company was amazing!
i dealt directly with Kash who managed to book me in straight away for a full deep clean and decontamination of my fathers flat.
we needed it done asap before my father gets discharged from hospital. he's a hoarder so you can imagine the worst and i wanted him to come back to a safe and sanitised environment.
she was brilliant and knew what she was talking about. she confirmed everything that i needed to know and was very transparent.
we originally had another company who dealt with subcontractors to do the job but left the work unfinished and just left me hanging!
so you can imagine it was so stressful so using ideal response was a whole different ball game!!!
the cleaners on site (Renatas & Miguel) were amazing! they were professional, friendly and got straight in there to do the job. they completed the work quickly and efficiently - didn't leave a stone unturned!
they were experienced and stress free and will be using them again! thanks again so much!

Monty and Sam came by today to clear up water damage in my cellar and remove the damaged items. They were incredibly helpful - clearing the cellar very quickly and giving helpful instructions on using the dehumidifier and on general maintenance following a flood. Other lads from Ideal Response came the day of the flood in the cellar and were very supportive. Would thoroughly recommend and would use them again in the future.
