"Positives and Negatives"

The positive things:

Team turned up quickly and on time and as far as we can tell did a good job. They were courteous and sensitive in a very difficult situation

When we had to contact the Managing director about some concerns he took them seriously and did what he said he would to resolve them.

The negatives:

Inaccuracies in some of the reports sent out

We had to do a huge amount of chasing to follow up the paperwork after the work was completed.

Team of four arrived to clean up after a burst water main outside our unit, muddy water across the floor, they worked efficiently, while considering Covid virus rules, a good service and response to a difficult problem.

Work carried out promptly to a very high standard. One staff member did a ten man job perfectly. Professional and polite at all times. A job very well done. I will not hesitate to use Ideal Response again and will be recommending them to my colleagues.

very pleased and would call them again if needed. the team was very professional.

professional, friendly, well organised outfit. Adam was a dream to work with, providing competitive quotes in a timely fashion and completing the work as scheduled.
I went on to use IRG for a further project and will continue to utilise their service moving forwards.

Everyone at "Ideal response" was very helpful..from the staff arranging the disposal to the operatives collecting the waste efficient and courteous ....

"Horrific company"

Horrific company. DO NOT USE. If there was an option for 0 stars I would have used that. My mum had a fire in her flat and Ideal Response sent in two men as promised who were completely incompetent, ripped out the kitchen and left EVERYTHING just strewn on the lounge floor, glasses, plates, food, everything. Wiped the walls of smoke damage but hardly made a dent in the mess. Didn't do half of the work promised. I was assured it takes 1 day per room and each room would be thoroughly cleaned, they charged £5800 and were there 2 days and it was a complete mess and the decorator could not start.
I was away and so the decorator had to phone Ideal Response and complain on my mums behalf, he then waited 2 days whilst they sent two more people to finish cleaning up and even then they didn't pack anything up and left soot on the carpets and chairs. Complete nightmare. My guess is that this company are just a fancy website but they pretty much work from a front room and send out anyone to do the work. Not professional at all. My mum was there whilst they were cleaning and they even offered to do extras if she paid them £400 cash. She is 83, on a state pension, oxygen dependant and in ill health. Unbelievable that they didn't take some responsibility to ensure she had a flat she could move back into. The insurance company have informed me they will never use this firm again.

Very prompt attention reduced the losses which could have occurred following a burst pipe creating water damage. The cost is a little high but they did what they were tasked with and their advice was helpful.j
