Our boiler was constantly losing pressure and we were told by our boiler engineers that we must have a leak in a pipe downstairs. When I rang The Leak Detection Company the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, and sent me clear instructions, and a breakdown of what to expect as to time, price etc as far as she was able.
The engineer arrived exactly on time and was able to find the leak within 3 hours. He seemed very honest and was actually trying to save us money, and gave us helpful advice as to the next steps, ie find someone to repair the leak and make good any damage. He sent us a full report the next day with photos of all the procedures that had been taken. This in case we wanted to make an insurance claim. The whole experience was far less stressful than I’d imagined, and I would recommend this company to anyone going through a similar situation.
