I'd managed to get through life without a large insurance claim until a fridge fire gutted our flat and caused smoke damage to the flats above. My lawyer recommended Alex Balcombe, and whilst I didn't fully understand the work of loss adjusters I realised during the process of the claim and the renovations, how specialised and important this role is.
