"Excellent Service"

This company supported my elderly Auntie when she had to move out her home due to structural damage. Due to her age I supported in this matter. The company could not be more helpful, they kept me in the loop of every conversation they had with her. If I had to call or email for advice, response was very quick. Both myself and my Auntie were extremely pleased with the level of service and would recommend to anyone else.

"Make sure you employ a capable Loss Adjuster"

We were approached by a representative of Harris Balcombe after a devastating fire, to offer their support services. Our representative was Mark Burke, who explained in great detail how the whole claim and recovery process would work. Everything was clearly laid out and a detailed plan of recovery was put into place. Mark’s assistance and advice throughout this ordeal, from start to finish, was first class. He was extremely professional and very knowledgable on all aspects of the recovery process. The reinstatement works occurred without any major issues, and Mark managed the whole process on our behalf from start to finish.
I would advise anyone in a similar situation to speak with Mark at Harris Balcombe, to help manage your claim, and also to reduce the significant administrative burden.

"Flood Claim Made Easy"

Impeccable service from start to finish.

I instructed Harris Balcombe to act on my behalf after my home was hit by severe flooding. Samantha Hamer was assigned to my case and took care of the claim from inception to completion, taking away all of the arduous tasks of dealing with the insurance company. Harris Balcombe appointed surveyors and builders, and the scope of work and work completed was to an excellent standard.

Sam and everyone else involved in the claim were a delight to deal with, and I knew I was in safe hands. I'd definitely recommend Harris Balcombe and I'd definitely use them again.

A friend and was the best advice we have ever received.Johnathan Ingham dealt with our claim along with Emma. We had a flood and the loss adjuster was a nightmare to deal with.Johnathan was a great source of support at this stressful time returned all our calls and emails however trivial kept us updated on the progress of our property also the other firms that came along and put our home back together we’re excellent.cannot recommend this company highly enough thank you to all involved.Janet & Brian

"I was so impressed with the management…"

I was so impressed with the management of my insurance claim
I had a devastating fire in my flat ,November 2023
It nearly killed my sister and was the most traumatic event I have experienced in my 74 years alive
This company did a superb job in resolving all the issues
The team was headed by Alex Balcombe and George Holloway dealt with the structural claim and Jonathan Ingram the contents claim
They did a great job, supportive and professional and achieved an excellent result
Particular thanks to Jonathan for his compassion and skill in dealing with me when I was at a very low ebb
Thank you all for your support and skill when it was most needed by me.

"Excellent Service."

After a devastating house fire. We were fortunate enough to engage Harris Balcombe in particular Jeremy Balcombe He walked us through the insurance, claims, recovery and build process. Exceptionally helpful at the beginning when we were still in shock. He knows the process inside out and was able to negotiate better terms then we could have. He dealt with the insurers directly on our behalf which alleviated a lot of stress. Answered urgent emails/ calls rapidly and knew when to challenge insurers and when to leave matters.
We would not have been able to do this without him.
I would have no hesitation in recommending HB.

Could not recommend Harris Balcombe enough!

From start to finish Mark and Jeremy have always ensured we are kept in the loop. Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I do not believe we could have gotten the result we got, if we was to deal with the claim ourselves.

"Fire claim"

I have recently had a fire in a property and I chose to go with Harris Balcombe and Dannielle Douglas was appointed as my Loss Assessor. The service I have had from Dannielle throughout what has been a very stressful claims process has been excellent and she has always been very supportive, reassuring and quick to respond to any of my problems or queries. I can't thank her enough for all of the help she has given me throughout the whole process.

I am extremely grateful to Steven and Cranston for their time, dedication and commitment to my claim.

If I had undertook this mammoth task, I would never have produced the same results.  I am incredibly overwhelmed and just wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation.

The process within the early stages had been stressful and at times personal when engaging with my loss adjuster. If I had continued without their support, it would have inevitably resulted in a huge loss in terms of the business interruption payment. In hindsight, it would have been more beneficial to have them on board for the building claim, however we do not look backwards.

If I ever find myself in this situation, or anyone needs a recommendation, I will definitely be in contact or share the Harris Balcombe's details.

"Harris Balcombe - Flood Claim"

I was introduced to Harris Balcombe by a neighbour when our homes were flooded in October 2023. Samantha Hamer was assigned to my case and she was my main point of contact throught the process. I am very pleased with how my claim was handled. Sam dealt with my insurance company directly, so I didn't have to, and this makes a big difference. I am now back in my home, as of June 2024, and I am very pleased with the repair work that has been completed.
