"Do not use this company"

Collection & drop off times are not accurate as you booked. It could severely affect your schedule if you have something else to do on the same day. So it leads to a doubt that if my duvets have really been washed or not - no one knows. I couldn’t smell any cleaning product. But glad to receive them back. And they overcharged me, even they sent me the screenshots of online chat where we confirmed the amount to be charged. They overcharged and they don’t respond your email anymore when you try to request a refund. It’s like a scam to me. Will not use this company again.

Had a great experience with Hello Laundry! I ordered laundry wash dry and fold same day, got my laundry picked up within the time indicated, with a tracker provided for the driver. Laundry was then delivered promptly next day at the time window I chose. Super easy and convenient, and everything washed and dried perfectly. Will definitely use again!

My washing machine had broken in the evening so I had few options when it came to cleaning my clothes. Hello Laundry offered a pick up time that evening, so I went ahead with it, with the drop off time at 9pm-11pm the following evening. That suited me as I was working late that day and wouldn’t be back until 8ish.

On the delivery day, I received a phone call from the driver at 5:30pm stating he was outside my house and ready to drop off the clothes. I explained that he was early, I would not be home for a few hours, and that he is not to leave the laundry and is to come back at the boomed drop off time.

Instead, he left the laundry on my door step in the rain, in clear view of a main road. It was then left there for hours until I was home.

When I tried to raise a complaint with the company, they did not respond to any emails, and refused to give me an answer on the website chat.

- clean quality was fine
- emailed to advise change in delivery/pickup time

Negatives:
- pickup was delayed by several hours. However they did email in advance to check this was OK. And it did not ultimately delay delivery.

"Avoid at all costs!"

I had a terrible experience with this laundry service. They were consistently late for both the pickup and drop-off, forcing me to reschedule multiple times. I was only informed that the driver would be several hours late after having to chase them up. When my laundry finally arrived, it was still dirty. I requested a refund nearly two weeks ago and have received no response since. The lack of professionalism and communication is extremely frustrating. I definitely would not recommend using this service.

Pick up and drop off were all as scheduled! Super convenient way of getting laundry done, when our washing machine broke. Scored 4 stars as in the past have had laundry come back nicer smelling from other places.

It all seemed too good to be true. They could collect the next day between 1-3pm and deliver back the following day.
They missed the collection time, rescheduled to a later time and missed that. We agreed a collection slot for the following day and true to form, they missed a third slot. Getting money back, wouldn’t use again ☹️
