"Item came back damaged"

I used Hello Laundry to dry clean a mattress protector, duvet and cushions. On receiving my items back (a day late) there was burn damage to the mattress protector. When I reported it to Hello Laundry they sent me “CCTV footage as proof” that my item was not damaged there. (The “cctv footage" was blurry and definitely not proof of anything.) In any case, I sent my item to be cleaned and it came back damaged. No accountability at all and very unpleasant customer service. Advise against using this company as there are so many other services out there.

Excellent Service. We have used Hello Laundry on several occasions. Both the scheduled collections and deliveries have occurred within the time frames requested, although there have been two occasions when the deliveries were delayed, both of which were outside the control of Hello Laundry & their couriers.
We've recommended Hello Laundry to friends & neighbours.

I used this company for the first time for a huge load of laundry after my washing machine broke down.

The positives:
- The amount I paid was very reasonable .
- The App was easy to use
- The turnaround was fast and timely.

The negatives ( some very serious ones)
- Their communication was extremely poor - no telephone number, no replies to email or contact page. No response to an email requesting them not to use fabric conditioner.
- a few quite pricey items have gone missing. No response to the email asking about the items.
- Finally, the email requesting the review showed the email address of all of their customers. There fire mine would be visible to others. This a serious breach of GDPR rules.

Pretty happy with the service. You can book collection on the same day and delivery for the next day. It's a fast turnaround time. It's also very easy to book online with the Chat service very helpful vs the bots you get in most services.

Overcharged me even though I weighed the clothes beforehand. I disputed it, no reply. Then went through my clothes, full of residue and colours faded. Also my dry cleaned coat has small hairs in it (I don't have pets). Four days since I complained, no reply. DO NOT USE.

Best dry cleaning service. After placing my order I saw some bad reviews I was afraid so I go to live chat to cancel my orders, customer support team promised me service will be no issues and she explained me only customer which is unhappy they gave review but we served everyday 100+ customers happy customer never leave review now days. I can truly appreciate Hello Laundry service is lot better than any other laundry company. I don’t have any single issue with them. I recommend all of my friends and family.
