VERY UNREPUTABLE COMPANY! I arranged a collection for a specific time slot for dry cleaning service on Birmingham website. I received a call shortly after asking if the driver could come earlier than expected because he was in the area. I then made efforts to get home earlier and did not receive a call or text from driver or company. Then received email to say there was a shortage of drivers. Paid a £20 deposit and made numerous efforts to get in contact with them via email but no answer. These people are thieves. What’s even more dodgy is that the phone number on the website never goes through.

Dry cleaning my suits with them is very high quality. I send my dress as well all stain are removed. I am very impress. Pick up and delivery on time. I will use them again.

I would actually give them 5 stars for the collection, pressing and drop-off of my 13 shirts. However they returned with a smell of cigarette smoke on them.

As a non smoker whom had washed the shirts first, this is unacceptable. Clothes should be transported, stored and processed in a clean environment. I sent an email 5 days ago and have not received a response, so this will be my last order.

Booked a collection between 1-3pm. Was emailed to say that they couldn't collect until the evening which was fine. At 3pm I received a email to say they have no drivers. A £20 payment was taken and I was told it would take up to 10 days to be refunded!! I should have read the reviews first!
