I have been contacting you since 8th January 2025 by various means to attempt to arrange a second service for my stairlift.
I have telephoned, filled out your online form and emailed.
On the occasions I actually managed to speak to someone, (about eight times), I was told the people I spoke to couldn't help as service booking was not their Dept and they couldn't put me through to the correct Dept for some reason but would ensure that a relevant person would ring me back, that day, to sort this out, no-one has.
Your online form said a customer service representative would contact me within one working day, that was a week ago, nobody has been in touch.
I spoke to a lady on Friday, again she told me she couldn't make the appointment for me, who knows why not, but that she would generate a complaint to a manager which meant I would be contacted quickly and this matter sorted out, I said I very much doubted anyone would call and assumed I would have to recontact you today. Nobody has called.
I thought perhaps you don't have my correct mobile number but then I did receive a call a couple of weeks ago asking me to take a warranty from you, I wonder why I would do that if I can't even get you to do a yearly service.
I also wondered if you are going out of business and that's the reason you aren't getting back to me (and I have since discovered, others too who are also waiting endlessly for you to arrange services).
This is causing me a great deal of stress, please just get in touch and arrange a date for service, I'm begging you, PLEASE!

Finally got a call today arranging a service for February, lady stated long backlogs for service appointments to blame also told me to ring in November to arrange next year's January service, so don't think they expect delays to get any better.

"Previous stairlift for 6yrs then things…"
Previous stairlift for 6yrs then things started going wrong so purchased a new one end September 24. Came to fit new lift but it was faulty so my mum 90yrs age was with out for a nother week. Thursday this week lift not working properly. Engineer attended in the afternoon advised mum not to use the lift because not safe to do so because they needed to replace the slider rail again. Engineer was ordering new one straight away. Friday recieved a call to book replacement fitting for Wednesday first week of February. Advised mum can't get upstairs well at all so we're going to ring back with possible earlier date. No further call and they closed at 1700hrs. After care service all lip service.

Had fault with my stairlift on 21 January 2025,
telephoned Service Team at approximately 13.00 hrs
and was advised an Engineer would be with me either that day or the following day. Engineer Josh arrived early evening on the 21st, did a thorough check of the chairlift for the fault. Conclusion it was the batteries which he replaced. Stairlift working perfectly now! We would like to compliment Josh for his outstanding customer care and thoughtfulness regarding the situation.

Steven called: he was professional, friendly, efficient and competent. He was called to do one small task but while here did much more…checked stairlift and changed a battery in monitor. He was informative and a skilled communicator who came across as a great representative for an important company improving the quality of the lives of disabled people!! Thanks Steven and Handicare.

The stairlift is for my mum and already it has made her life so much easier after breaking her hip just before Christmas . The whole process from start to finish ran smoothly . Front the initial survey to final installation was faultless . The stairlift quality and price passed my high expectations. Also the recommendation bonus is great . "Awful service"
Awful service, ordered a stairlift that was needed to aid my moms return home after 8 months in hospital, the installation date was agreed and the hospital delayed the discharge date so the stairlift could be fitted.

Everyone was so helpful and did not pressurise us in any way. The timeline given was adhered to at all times. The engineer that fitted it was quick and efficient and clean and tidy. He explained how to use it easily. From start to finish everything was excellent and Mum can now go up and down stairs happily. Thank you.
