Our stair lift was fitted on 29th January 2025 and was working fine for a few days before it stopped responding. We called the emergency number and an engineer responded that afternoon trying to talk us through our issue. It transpired we had a faulty component which was sorted out timeously and tidily. Well done to the emergency team and engineer who responded.

I couldn't get simple advice about maintenance, presumably in the hope that I would spend a couple of hundred pounds getting an engineer out instead. Also, battery access very impracticle compared to the Acorn model that I changed the batteries on a few years ago.

The stair lift was fitted in the afternoon, the fitter had already installed one earlier. The time ran on and was nearly 7:30 pm when he finished but he stayed to complete the job he remained positive all through and explained the working of the lift thoroughly. He cleaned up after himself and left no rubbish and did a very good job of fitting the stairlift.
