Our experience at having a handicare stair lift fitted was a delightful experience,
We really had know idea what to expect and when the delivery man arrived with I think 7or 8 boxes we were just astounded,
But when our engineer James arrived and put us at our ease saying all these boxes look worse than what it is.
as he unpacked the boxes there were so many different fittings it just looked unbelievable,
And suddenly 4 hours later we had a stair lift fitted no sign of a box or a screw anywhere,
James was an exceptional engineer and we can not praise him enough,
He explained in a way we both understood what we need to do if any problems occurred with the chair.

Smooth process from start to finish even when we changed the location of the stair lift it wasn't an issue they came back out and redesigned and requoted.

The surveyor was very friendly and explained the stair lift features etc.. Any phone contact was professional and helpful. The fitter was polite friendly and demonstrated the lift with lots of patience with my 88 yr old Mother in law. An all round good experience. Thanks.

Very quick and efficient and both the representative who came to measure and quote and the fitter were very polite and helpful .Brilliant service and very happy with the stair lift.

Professional and excellent company, took less than 4 weeks between 1st appointment and installation, weren't pushy at all, the installation was very quick with minimal disruption, they made sure I was happy using the stair lift as I was a bit hesitant at first, now I'm familiar with the stair lift I'm enjoying pain-free travel on the stairs.

We had a good experience throughout. First with the speed of response to the initial contact, technician visit, assessment, delivery and installation - all within about 10 days!
The installer took such a short time to make the installation magic happen, then demonstrated the safety features and functioning. Everything was left clean and tidy.
