"Top Notch Stairlift Service "

Exceptional service carried out today by Julian on my Stairlift. From start to finish he was extremely thorough. From the courtesy call to say when he would be arriving till he left,he was most pleasant & helpful. Today was the most thorough service my Stairlift has ever seen in the 10yrs of having it. Julian took pride in caring for my Stairlift which is refreshing. He is an Asset to Handicare!

From start to finish the instalation of the stairlift from the plumbers ,electricians the fitters & joiners have done amazing job & explained everything they were doing at each stage & was very kind & friendly,& what a difference it has made in helping mum to get upstairs it's gonna make a big difference to her life & we really appreciate it & would recommend to anyone who is considering having a stairlift big thanku.

87 year old mothers chairlift broke down upstairs. Refused help by customer services or to send an engineer to fix it until she took out a 4 year warranty at a price of £980. Lack of sympathy by company and extreme hard sell by salesman to take out warranty. Given help as soon as she took out warranty . Very simple to fix . No need for engineer. Still awaiting date for service. Appalling treatment of vulnerable people. Suggest less hard sell salesman and more empathy by company

Brilliant, from start to finish in 3 weeks, all the staff I dealt with from my first telephone contact with Molly, to Wes who carried out the survey on the house to Mark who installed the stairlift were excellent so professional really can't find any fault with anything

"Overdue for service agsin"

Overdue for service again. Never get a reminder despite having a Gold cover service contract. Tried to book an overdue service but spent the morning on the phone and ended up after several attempts and an hour on hold speaking to someone who does not deal with service enquiries. Explained I wanted service done whilst my disabled hubby was in hospital ready for use when he gets out. Always the same when trying to get a response for aftercare which I find very worrying. I also filled in the online enquiry form and have not had a response to that either. When you are disabled and rely on the starlift you need good reliable after care and and a fast response back up other wise the product is not fit for purpose.
