When EasyJet cancelled my flight, I called Dohop and Nata immediately found me an alternative, contacted EasyJet and had me booked on new flights within 90 minutes of my call. VERY WELL DONE!

A causa di un errore del loro sistema, il volo proposto da loro con scalo é stato acquistato solo a metà, non ho potuto raggiungere la destinazione desiderata, non si sono presi carico di alcuna spesa, non hanno trovato alcuna soluzione, e non hanno nemmeno effettuato un rimborso intero. Zero assunzione di responsabilità zero serietà. Conviene non usufruire di alcun servizio piuttosto che restare da qualche parte del mondo senza raggiungere la propria destinazione
