Disappointing Experience
I recently had a partially successful booking experience with Dohop, where only the booking fee was processed, and the flights were not. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, they were unable to provide an email receipt for the payment. Their explanation? "Tech not available."
What does that even mean? In today's technologically advanced world, emailing a receipt should be the most basic functionality. As a customer, I needed proof of payment to confirm my refund, but their inability to provide this left me frustrated and without clarity.
This experience raises serious concerns about their processes and customer service capabilities. If Dohop wants to be taken seriously as a travel platform, they need to step up their game and resolve such fundamental issues.

L'assistance clientèle a été réactive et efficace. Suite à un problème de validation d'achat de billet. Le problème vient qu'un billet avec escale se fait en 3 paiements : 1)Frais de dossier
2)Billet vol 1ere partie
3) Billet vol 2ème partie
Sauf qu'au moment du paiement il n'y a qu'un certicode forcément et pas trois... Heureusement cela a pu se regler très facilement avec l'assistance qui a décomposer l'achat en 3.
