Ho acquistato con Dohop un volo multicanale con assicurazione per il trasferimento automomo. La compagnia ha cambiato orario del primo volo perdendo cosi la connessione con il secondo volo. Anastasia è stata gentilissima ad aiutarmi a risolvere il problema, mi hanno coperto l'acquisto di un nuovo volo e supportato in tutta la fase.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Julia when I contacted your support center for guidance on changing my flight and overnight accommodation due to adverse weather. I was very fortunate to have Julia assigned to my case, as she was incredibly helpful, empathetic, and professional throughout the process.

Julia provided outstanding support, ensuring I received timely answers to my queries. Her assistance made a potentially stressful situation much easier, and the entire experience was exceptionally pleasant.

Initially I filed a complaint here on Trustpilot complaining of Dohop. My complaint is really two parts and involves EasyJet.
First part is there was an error on my end. The computer, or the website, autofilled a wrong date. While I caught this within minutes it was not easy to correct. EasyJet would not allow a change and cancellation had to be made within 24 hours of making reservation. Their site said I had made arrangements through another site and must correct there. Part of the challenge was also that on the correct date the flights timing was not the same. This made a different challenge that required I change airline.
But, back to Dohop. After making a review they contacted me. It was nice to not have to deal with an AI response that did not address the problem.
I have made other arrangements, but it looks like I have lost the cost of one flight from EasyJet and the insurance from Dohop. I have amended this review. Time to move on.

First of two flights was cancelled, automatically rebooked, charged a fee for the rebooking and there is no flight to my final destination so I had to pay this fee and buy two new flights.

I purchased insurance for a flight ticket that was with free cancelation. I had to cancel the ticket in the end due to emergency circumstances. Dohop returned the money back within a day. Usually, when it comes to these things it can take forever with other service providers. I was impressed with the smoothness and speed of the service.
