Got an "unexpected payment error" when booking through Dohop. Called up customer service, and their solution was for me to go and book all the flights individually myself... which is the service they are supposed to provide, and charged me 33 euro for the connivence of doing so. Not good enough.
I cancelled all of the flights and will follow their advice and do it myself, minus their fee.
Update : Whilst they refunded the service fee, they are unwilling to refund the 1 out of 4 flights that was actually successfully processed (again, due to their error). As the fault lies with them, however "rare" it may be is irrelevant ; the onus lies on them to rectify the situation.
I will be pursing this in small claims court. I'd advise anyone else to book the flights individually to avoid the hassle of dealing with them.

I missed my connecting flight due to delay of the airplane. I did not get a new flight and I did not get a hotel because the next flight was only on the next day and I did not get any food. This is just really bad service.

Ms Mika, who was comunicating with me the whole time by e-mail correspondence, was always prepared to help me and gave me instruction what should i follow. She was answering to my all e-mails in really short time. Thanks her hepl and underestanding there were no issues that could not be resoved.
Calling centrum was really profesional as well. They supported me in the moment when my flight was delayed. They explained the refound system to me and any time i called them, there was always somebody who helped me.
