Great service. My flight time was changed which meant I would miss the connecting flight. My flight was changed quickly with no stress involved.

I booked a self transfer flight + insurance from them. The second flight got cancelled (Israel-Iran conflict) and they didn’t refund the first. They just emailed the airline on behalf of me and I was refunded a portion of the price by the airlines, and frankly, I too, can send emails and get that refund. And I paid 40 euros for that “coverage”.
