Des informations sur le site Dohop sont mensongères et un fois quand vous achetez les billet vont nous obligé à acheté d’autres billet. Attention à ne pas acheter billet d’avion par le site de Dohop. Vérifie bien les billet avant d’acheter !!!

I had a booking with EasyJet consisting of two flights with a stop in a very small city. 2 months after booking EasyJey cancelled my first flight thus invalidating the second flight. Diana from Dohop support replied very promptly to my enquary and helped me to transfer my booking to a direct EasyJet flight meaning I get to my destination faster. Very happy with the fast a reliable service!

My first flight was delayed which meant I missed my connecting flight and was stuck in the airport because there were no more flights to my destination. I was panicking and stressed, but the team at Dohop answered my call and helped me straight away. They quickly sent through all the information I needed to know and always replied very quickly. They seemed genuinely caring and sympathetic of my situation. Thank you !

I booked on easyjet.com flights for my family and then realised that the date was wrong. That meant that 76 pounds booking fee was immediately gone and trying to get a refund from the airlines more complex than booking directly. However, the customer service by staff called Marnelli was excellent as she responded to my request promptly and contacted the airlines and at the end I got the refunds.
