Mes deux vols retour EasyJet se superposent à la suite d’une reprogrammation de leurs horaires. Ils sont donc inutilisables. EasyJet et Dohop se renvoient la responsabilité. Service client déplorable, vendant et modifiant des services devenants impraticables sans aucun geste commercial ni compensation.

I recently had a claim handled by Dohop, and I am very pleased with the service provided. The agent, Iris, was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. She took the time to address my concerns and ensured everything was handled smoothly.
Additionally, I would like to extend my gratitude to the finance department for their understanding and consideration of our situation. Despite not having a proper receipt, they went above and beyond by refunding the full cost of our food expenses. Their flexibility and fairness were truly appreciated.
While it did take exactly 30 days to receive the claim, the overall experience was very positive. The level of customer care and efficiency shown by both Iris and the finance team made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.

ConnectSure saved me! I got the ConnectSure while booking flights just to make sure I don't have to pay any additional penny if I miss the flight/my flight got cancelled(rescheduled). Unfortunately, I my flight got delayed (due to severe storm), which made me miss my connecting flight. I had to book new flight and hotel; saved all the receipts (including hotel, transportation, food). I sent email to the customer care with all the receipts and got back my full refund in 30 days.
